Pricing & Info:
- From $145.00 to $175.00 per night Call for details
- $20.00 per night for children(upto a maximum of two)

- Corporate or Long-term rates available
- Credit card secured (100%)reservations required for all stays.
- We are open year round
- Outside waterfront deck available for small weddings, receptions and parties at extra cost. Call us for a party quotation
- Party favors and decorations are also available at extra cost(s)
Cancellations:
- Greater than fifteen (15) days prior to check-in complete refund less $15. service fee
- Less than fifteen (15) days prior to check-in, you are responsible for 50% of the cost of the reservation
- Reservations of seven (7) days or longer are considered a long-term rental and have a 50% cancellation charge
- Reducing the number of days (leaving early) is considered a cancellation in accordance with the policies outlined above
Minimum Stay:
- Some weekends, holidays and special events may require a two (2) or three (3) night stay
- We will do our best to accommodate your reservation request(s)
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later unless special arrangements are made in advance
- Check-out time is 12:00 pm noon of day of departure
Decor:
- Guests may not rearrange major cottage furniture placements without prior permission
Parking:
- On-site parking is available
- We accept no responsibility for the unlikely event that damage may occur to vehicle(s) while on the property
Smoking/Fire Hazards
- La Petit Maison cottage is non-smoking
- Candles are not allowed in the cottage
- Candles may be used on the decks and porches with prior permission
- Barbeque grills may not be used on the property
Children:
- We can accommodate up to a maximum of two children on cots (provided by us)
- A portable crib and highchair is also available
- We require noninterference and no disturbances with adjacent properties
- Adult guest(s) must take responsibility for and supervise small children at all times around the water
- We accept no responsibility for the safety of children guests
Pets
- Small pets are acceptable as long as they are housebroken and cause no damage to the décor or cottage. There is a non-refundable $50. pet fee.
Occupancy
- Occupancy of the cottage is limited to registered guests and their immediate family members (up to the limit specified above)
- Our rates are based on single or double occupancy only.
- Failure to respect occupancy rule(s) may result in your being asked to leave the property with no refund of rental fees
- Occupancy includes the exclusive use of the entire cottage
- No fish/seafood cleaning inside cottage
